The main areas of practice of Dr. Egbert Wilms Rechtsanwälte are business and commercial law including project management as well as legal services regarding the migration of natural persons and entities from or into Switzerland.

In particular, we work in following business areas:

Corporate Law: establishment of Swiss legal entities, their support during the company's life circle, structuring and restructuring of companies, advising in the field of financing (e.g. Private Equity), designing of shareholders' agreements, follow-up regulation, distribution channels, advising in the fields of Corporate Governance and Director's Liability, support and counselling in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Consulting: with regard to migration, namely from the Netherlands to Switzerland and particularly in the fields of permits of stay, social security law and provision for old age (pensions), matrimonial property law, law of succession, testaments, acquisition of real estate and taxes, incl. flat-rate taxation. Furthermore, we consult also executors (of wills).
